The Role

LineLeader is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Sr. Staff Accountant. This role will report to the Head of Finance and Business Operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate and GAAP compliant reporting to support the growth of the company. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Applicants must live in the DFW, Texas metroplex.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operations including but not limited to customer billing, revenue, expenses, banking
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation and consolidation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP across the USA and Australia, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Own monitoring, calculations, and payment of state and federal tax requirements
  • Lead annual audit with external auditors
  • Maintain accounting research on changes and potential changes that impact our business

Behaviors, Skills, Qualifications:

  • High level of detail
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP standards
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to problem solve
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • CPA preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Located in greater Dallas-Fort Worth area with 1 day in office a month.
